Description

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
  • Managing process and customer quality department
  • Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
  • Responsibility for keeping accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
  • Sets up the framework, governance and review processes to ensure quality is built into products, respecting EMEA and Global standards

  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • University education (Master's degree)
  • Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

  • preferd technical education

 

Personality requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as quality manager in production company
  • Conscientious and responsible approach
  • Focused for detail and a results driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
  • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
  • Experience in food industry big advantage
