  • planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
  • responding to breakdowns
  • supervising engineering and technical staff
  • obtaining speciagnosting faults
  • ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
  • creating maintenance instructions
  • managing stocks of supplies and equipment, spare parts
