GoodWill Recruitment is a personnel-consulting company founded in 2018 by Tomas Kostura and Jakub Smrzik. It has been based in Košice and since it´s establishment it has established successful cooperation with dozens of employers throughout Eastern Slovakia and hundreds of candidates applying for work.
We help the candidates to get new job opportunities and to get to the labor market free of charge. They can register their CV with us and receive job offers according to specified criteria. They can also use the possibility of consulting or actively apply for one of the open positions.
We offer “No success no fee” cooperation to employers, which in practice means that the client pays nothing for our services unless we provide him with a suitable candidate of his choice and he / she takes up the vacancy. Therefore, the obligation to pay for the services provided arises only when the selected candidate enters the employer - our client.
We prefer face-to-face meetings with candidates where we get to know their work situation and present them one or more possible solutions. We accompany them through the entire process from presenting adequate job opportunities on the market to preparing for a job interview with an employer. At the end of the selection process, each candidate receives feedback and advice from us.
The company holds a mediation permit.
