  • work closely with customers and sales departments
  • act as first point of contact for customers within order and delivery process
  • take care about order, delivery and payment processes

  • acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

Requirements for the employee:

Candidates with education suit the position

  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization:  Business administration of similar

Personality requirements and skills:

  • full business proficiency in English is a must.
  • second language (German) on full business proficiency is also a MUST
  • experience with similar job position in production area is a big plus
