Job description, responsibilities and duties:

  • Responsibility for new equipment and process of production lines
  • Monitoring of equipment
  • Completion of documentation related to production lines and maintenance
  • Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the production line
  • Kaizen activities and optimalization
  • Data collection, interpretation and report writting
  • Bottlenecks eliminations
  • Installation of new equipment
  • Risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used
  • Use of simulation software in the development of new processes
  • Layout changes
