- Site Financial Controller acting as a key member within a small local team in manufacturing site

- Take ownership of manufacturing finance, controlling, P&L and balance sheet activities

- Cash flow reporting and treasury management

- Accounting according to IFRS & Slovak accounting principles and standards

- VAT reporting, year-end closing activities

- Preparation of yearly budget, monthly/quarterly accounts reconciliation activities

- Proactively addressing critical financial issues

- Liaising with and providing updates to the site manager and global leaders

- Preparing documentation for external/internal audit

- Maintaining policies for the finance department

- Train accounting and controlling staff
