Position of IT Infrastructure Engineer / IT Analyst is opened in Prešov Would you like to work as IT technical support for production company and to be part of international IT team? If you are skilled IT specialist and you are looking for complex job description this position is for you.

Scope of employment:

- providing 1st, 2nd level of technical support for local users and local IT infrastructure

- application management, administration of company's SW portfolio

- supporting local network infrastructure

- user and account management

- SW / HW technical support

- providing IT trainings within a company

Requirements:

- experience as IT Technician, Admin, Analyst or ServiceDesk is beneficial

- experience from manufacturing / industry area is a plus

- position is also suitable for fresh graduates of Informatics or similar studies

- technical overview within IT technology and application administration

- Microsoft OS administration, AD, GP, DNS

- LAN/ WAN configuration

- SQL, Oracle

- willingness to learn and to help others

- analytical and logical approach
